Economic activity underlies the process of satisfying human needs.

Knowing the plurality of economic actors involved, the ways in which the different actors interact in the market, the motivations that induce companies to produce certain goods, serves to understand the dynamics underlying economic activity.

At the end of the module, the student is able to identify the variety and articulation of needs, to recognise the importance and value of goods in satisfying needs, and to analyse economic behaviour in personal and social realities.
